Dinner.

Ive been pondering what to make for dinner all day. This is what i do when I dont have a menu plan.

So I want to make some asparagus and I found this recipe on Allrecipes.com that I want to try.

Asparagus and Cashews

SUBMITTED BY: SHELLITO

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 bunch asparagus stalks, ends cut
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped cashews

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a wok over low to medium heat. Add ginger, and stir-fry until slightly brown. Add asparagus, and stir-fry for a few minutes before adding soy sauce and cashews. Cook until asparagus is tender but still crisp and bright green, stirring frequently.

I will let you know how it tastes..... I will also cook up the rest of my Turkey Italian Sausage.

What are you making for dinner tonight?

I can't wait to see how that turns out. I love asparagus. I made some just the other day. I boiled it first then wraped it up in tin foil along with TONS of butter, salt, pepper, and garlic and cooked in on the grill along side some filet mignon. Yum-My.

Pork chops topped with an apple slice and brown sugar; braise for 30 minutes. Mashed potatoes. Peas. Yummy!
