Next- a drive up to Tampa and a prolonged search for suite 108 --the fingerprinting place--
The wait to be seen ended up being about an hour and a half....Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
THEN-a stop at chili's for a bowl of chili. Expected a much tastier bowl being it's the namesake of the place.Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at PhotobucketHave you any favorite bowl of chili recipes? white, vegan, chicken, traditional??

Hillbilly Housewife's Lentil Chili is extremely good, and about the cheapest, healthiest thing you can make. You won't believe there isn't any meat in it. Here's a link to the recipe:

I always make chili like this:

ground beef (1/2 lb or whatever I have)
1 can chili beans
1 can regular beans
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
onions
green peppers if I have them

All in the crock pot, add chili powder to taste toward the end of the day.

Cheating, but always yummy.
