How can I? How can we? live the life God intended for our bodies? Are there books on this subject? I think the answer is more than "trust God". (That statement in no way minimizes trusting Him.)Do certain foods produce stress? How about riding in a car? Certain beds? Sugar? wearing glasses? watching TV? staring at the computer?sitting in a crazy computer chair? overworking? arguing?
