I think our bodies were not created to undergo stress. I think it causes some of our worst physical, emotional, and spiritual problems. WHAT DO YOU THINK? How can I? How can we? live the life God intended for our bodies? Are there books on this subject? I think the answer is more than "trust God". (That statement in no way minimizes trusting Him.)
Do certain foods produce stress? How about riding in a car? Certain beds? Sugar? wearing glasses? watching TV? staring at the computer?sitting in a crazy computer chair? overworking? arguing?
How do we limit stressers?
