Blanch in boiling water for 30 seconds.. Place in bottom of large bowl.
Next place noodles on top of BokChoy.
Boil up all the broth and meatballs...POURon TOP!
Top with toppingbean sprouts, mint , calandro, onion....
and HOISIN sauce :) mmmmmmmmmmmm..................
