Does any one have any creative ways to help me eat my fruits and veggies?!
Nothing ever sounds good. So I don't wanna waste my time making it. I'm not into chomping on a raw apple or peeling an orange really.... one time my mother made me a really nice pear sandwich in pita bread.....

JUICE! This is a really easy way to get a lot of servings at once! I've also made some soup with V-8 and chicken broth as the base, and that's a great way to get veggies. I really like V-8 Fusion, which tastes like fruit but has 1 serving of each, but it can get pricey.
You can purchase a cheap juicer and juice a bunch of different raw veggies and fruits together. That's what i have to do to get all of my veggies. You can also buy fruit/veggie juice, but then it is high in calories.
What about making smoothies? I made these a lot when I was pregnant.
One easy recipe is freezing a bannana and blending that with strawberries. Thats all you need and its delicious. I made these when Shanna came to visit last year and I was pregnant at the time.
