I'm planning on learning how to knit. My Aunt Jean is amazing at this this and taught me how to make a washcloth when I was 8 or so. Now Im gunna try to make another one!! and maybe a baby hat!! in ORANGE!! :) Look at the trendy little socks. yeah right, let's see how I do with a washcloth.
I'm really trying to get myself some hobby! This waiting for the baby thing is taking awhile....

RACHEL--I just learned how to knit!! I am so excited that you're doing it too, and I just wish you lived around here so you could join my knitting club. :)
So far I've made a scarf, and I'm working on my second. Next project will be different.

Hey Rachel...I don't know how to knit, but I love to Crochet! My grandma taught me to knit when I was little, but I didn't get it too well. Then a few summers ago Heston's Gram taught me how to crochet and I LOVE IT! I love making baby things especially. Maybe I can create something special for you and baby. Go girl! I knitted one scarf when I was 8 years old (a friend taught me) and haven't touched the needles since! Any luck with the Etsy thing? I'm excited for all your artsy endeavors. . . it's so much fun!
